Privacy & Data for Henora
This policy explains how Henora handles the information connected to run
logs, running clips, runner profiles, moderation controls, recharge
flows, and support requests.
1. Information We Collect
- Runner profile details such as runner name, bio, and profile image.
- Run logs, notes, session type selections, mood and intensity values, and run photos you choose to add.
- Running clips, clip captions, comments, follows, blocks, reports, and related community activity you create.
- Recharge and gift-related records such as product identifiers, purchase status, and local diamond balance state.
- Permission choices and app state needed to support media, personalization, and device-level storage actions.
2. How We Use Information
- To render your run history, running feed, runner profile, comments, follow state, and moderation controls.
- To let you create, preview, cache, and share running clips and run photos that you choose to submit.
- To support community safety review when you report a member, block a member, or ask the Henora team to review unsafe behavior.
- To process recharge flows and update community gift balances after purchase events complete.
- To personalize the running feed and recommendations when tracking-related choices are enabled on your device.
- To answer support, privacy, billing, and account questions you send to the Henora team.
3. Permissions
Camera and photo access
Henora uses camera and photo access when you choose a profile image, add a
run photo, record a running clip, select a clip from your library, or save
an image back to your photo library.
Microphone access
Microphone access is used when you choose to record a running clip with
sound from inside the app.
Tracking choice
If tracking is enabled on your device, Henora may use that choice to help
personalize the running feed and recommendations.
4. Storage and Retention
Henora stores profile values, login preferences, run logs, comment cache,
moderation records, and local diamond balance state in app storage on the
device so the experience remains available between sessions.
Running clips that you choose to upload can also be copied into the app's
local sandbox on your device for playback and reuse inside the app.
When you use the in-app delete-account flow, the app clears local profile,
run, moderation, and diamond-related caches from that device.
5. Sharing and Billing
When you start a recharge, the purchase is handled through the App Store
billing flow available on your device. Billing events are used to complete
the purchase and update the in-app diamond balance.
Camera, photo, microphone, or tracking permissions are used only for the
related product actions described in this policy and are not treated as
permission to share unrelated content.
6. Your Choices and Support
- Review or revoke device permissions from your phone settings.
- Use community menus to report unsafe behavior or block members whose shared runs you no longer want to see.
- Use the Profile area to open Privacy & Data, Community Guidelines, Blocked Runners, or Delete Account.
- Email support@henora.com for privacy help, correction requests, deletion questions, or purchase support.
