How do I log a run?

Use Run Log to add a run type, note, mood, intensity, and a run photo before saving the entry.

How do I share a running clip?

Open the publish flow, choose a clip from your library or record one with the camera, then add your caption before sharing it to the running feed.

Why does Henora ask for camera, photo, microphone, or tracking access?

Those permissions support profile photos, run photos, running clips, image export, and feed personalization choices that you start from inside the app.

How do diamonds and gifts work?

Diamond recharge uses the billing flow available on your device, and the in-app diamond balance is used for gift-related community moments.

How do I report or block a runner?

Use the community options menu in the feed to report unsafe or inappropriate behavior for safety review. You can also block a member, which removes that member's shared runs from your feed. Open Profile > Blocked Runners to review or unblock members later.

How do I clear my local account data?

Open Profile > Delete Account. The in-app flow signs you out and clears the app's local profile, run, moderation, and diamond caches from that device.
