Terms for the Henora service

1. Acceptance of the Service

By using Henora, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

Henora is intended for lawful running and community participation. You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with its operation, post harmful material, or use it in a way that threatens other members.

3. App License and EULA

Henora is licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store license terms. The app is licensed, not sold.

If Henora is downloaded from the App Store and no separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the run notes, images, clips, comments, profile details, and other material you submit through Henora. You must have the rights needed to share that material.

You keep rights in your own content, and you grant Henora the permission needed to host, display, organize, and moderate that content inside the service.

5. Community Safety

Henora does not allow abusive, unsafe, or objectionable content. This includes harassment, bullying, hate speech, adult or sexually explicit material, threats, scams, spam, impersonation, dangerous advice, and content that encourages harm or illegal activity.

Members can report unsafe or inappropriate behavior from community surfaces in the app. Safety reports are used for community review and may lead to content removal, visibility limits, account restrictions, or other action needed to protect members and enforce these Terms.

Members can also block another member. Blocking removes that member's shared runs and related updates from the blocking member's feed, and the block action creates a safety review record.

6. Purchases and Gifts

Diamond recharge flows are offered through the billing tools available on your device platform. Recharge completion, balances, and related gift actions are part of the Henora experience.

7. Service Availability

Henora may change, pause, or remove features in order to maintain the service, protect users, meet platform requirements, or improve the product experience.

8. Intellectual Property

Henora, its software, visual systems, and service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Except as allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy or misuse them.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation

Henora is provided on an as-available basis. Community content, interactions, and service availability can vary. To the extent permitted by law, Henora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

Henora may suspend or terminate access when needed for policy enforcement, safety, fraud prevention, or platform compliance. You may also stop using the service and use the in-app delete-account flow at any time.
